Very nice place. I come from Western Sydney. I was sitting in the Beer Garden at Newport Arms Hotel last summer and that area was pointed out to me by one of my Managers. We all agreed that it looked like the Point Piper equivalent of the Northern Beaches. I could see why real estate prices there never go backward. It's looks an awfully expensive place and no doubt the people that live there are more than likely senior managers etc with salaries that are always going up. Unfortunately where I come from house prices will probably go down as worker's salaries never seem to go up like the ones at the top. Posted by: Anonymous (5 Aug 08) |
