My brother's 2 years older than me and our parents always leave me in charge. It does embarrass him, but he listens to me and I think he accepts than I'm more mature than he is. And I'm not the youngest girl who babysits him. Sometimes I have plans when my parents do, and they hire local babysitters as young as 12. He's currently 16. Posted by: Anonymous (16 Apr 11) |
I have 3 bros younger and older. Mom needs my help. We I discipline my older brothers they know it is necessary and they obey so it doesn't get worse. One time I made my older brother cry by just scolding him, another time by threatening to spank him which I never did but he thought I would. He cried and said he was sorry. He was scared of me and has been good after that. Posted by: Kindra (27 Sep 10) |
I babysit my older brother cuz mom says he acts like a little boy Posted by: Anonymous (26 Jan 09) |
My twelve year old son runs around clueless without a sensible thought in his head. Amber, his eleven year old sister, has already gone through puberty and is taller and much more mature than Scott. She babysits for the neighbors and I have left her in charge of him. He knows she can handle him if he gets out of control. She does a good job with Scott, and my son seems to accept her athority.
