Absolutely yes. Do parents worry that a woman is changing a boy's nappy...no. Men working with children undergo the same exams and police checks as women. So many children today do not have a positive male figure in their life and what are we saying to our children, that bringing up children is 'womens' work, along with cleaning and ironing no doubt.
