Any male that rapes should be totally castrated. Penis, ball sack, and balls.This procedure should be performed by the female who was raped. It should be public and the male should not be allowed to wear any time of clothing. This allows all to see the crime he committed. Every month all castrated males will gathered together, for a public parade. They will be subject to chemical castration injections directly into their now smooth gential area. Its easy to become passionate and emotional and resort to such horrible behavior because of the topic of rape ... but common sense must prevail ... (if the case was reversed, would we become ignorant butchers and remove the genitalia of a female offender... thought so!!!) and to the people, no, animals who go to the extreme of senselessly hating all men, think of your father, brothers and sons. hatin half the human race doesn't make you equal!!! I BELIEVE ALL MEN SHOULD BE CASTRATED. THEIR BALLS AND PENIS SHOULD BE CUT OFF. THEY SERVE NO PURPOSE IN LIFE.
