The ETS has been 'out there' since May 2009. The campaign the Coalition ran to discredit it was unbelievably deceitful. To claim the government had 'not explained' it enough, to claim it was 'rushed through', to claim it was 'smoke and mirrors' is absolutely appalling. The Coalition, the media and ordinary Australians have had access to the plan, and ALL the details, for months and months and months ! This current opposition has not a shred of true concern for our country, our children or our grandchildren. Their one concern is to falsely discredit our decent government. Furthermore, shame on those unpatriotic and ill-informed people who attempt to support this vile and putrid excuse for an opposition. Just keep on sticking your heads into the sand. Kevin Rudd is a traitor to all Australians. If he had nothing to hide he would be totally transparent with information and openly participate in public debate on issues such as climate change, ETS/CPRS, Lisbon Treaty, Copenhagen etc. He won't because he knows that Australians will never accept what he is doing if he were to tell the truth. He is all about self promotion, promoting his own agendas, lying and spinning his web of deceit. Posted by: Anonymous (30 Dec 09) |
